Our founder, Neal Brady, proudly served in the United States Navy, where he gained valuable lessons in brotherhood, discipline, and world travel. He carried these lessons home, maintaining the same strong work ethic and sense of pride in everything he does.

After his service, Neal applied his dedication to become an expert in residential, commercial, and automotive glazing. Known for his eye for unmet needs, Neal was always looking for innovative ways to solve problems.

When he was introduced to laser cleaning, he immediately recognized it as his next path. With its residential, commercial, and industrial applications, the laser cleaning market was calling his name — and Neal brought his Veteran-led dedication and expertise to this cutting-edge field.
